FAMILY CAREGIVING
STRATEGIES - SPONSORED BY Rosemount UMC CARING
MINISTRIES… More than ever, families face the practical and emotional
challenges of caring for aging parents or a spouse. Whether sudden or gradual,
assuming these roles and responsibilities can be unfamiliar and often
overwhelming, particularly for working adults. Come to a free presentation in
the Fellowship Hall
CARNIVALE…Carnivale is a respite care program for families with
children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their siblings
such as a genetic syndrome, autism, ADHD and severe learning
disabilities. While the children will be enjoying an evening of fun
activities and a meal, mom and dad can enjoy some time away for
themselves. Pre-registration is required. If you are a family that
could benefit from this ministry or if you would like to volunteer as a helper,
please contact Gail Hoffmann, 952-322-5796 or Karen Klekner, 651-423-2475.
