Open the newspaper, or read an on-line news website, and you will find many articles about the financial crisis facing our country. V The stock market seems wildly unpredictable. V Mortgage crisis and foreclosures are at an all time high. V Your 401K or pension may have taken a big hit. V Congress approves a $700 billion bailout. Many Americans feel a heightened sense of fear or anxiety over finances. How do we respond as Christians to the financial challenges around us? How do we view money? God calls us to be wise stewards of the resources that have been entrusted to us. How do we live out this stewardship in practical ways? During the month of November we will be tackling some of the greatest financial challenges head on.
