When things get out of hand, when someone you love has a problem with alcohol or drugs, when drugs or alcohol take over your life...There is HOPE! You are not alone. God's desire for you is to experience health, wholeness and recovery. Recovery is a journey. Are you ready to take the first step?

Our Beliefs

  • We believe in the power of God.
  • We believe it is only through the grace of God that recovery can begin.
  • We believe in Christian community who love one another enough to talk about the tough stuff.
  • We regularly pray in worship for those who are addicted.
  • We celebrate recovery.
  • We use only non-alcoholic grape juice in communion so all God's people (children, pregnant women and those with addictions) may receive.

Drug or alcohol abuse can be a destructive force ...

  • Destruction of family, friends, work or other relationships
  • Emotionally - Sense of hopelessness and despair
  • Spiritually - Does God still love someone like me or my loved one?
  • Physically - Alcohol and drug abuse can cause permanent damage to brain, liver, kidney, lungs, heart even death.
  • Is this a life-threatening situation for anyone involved in the crisis? If so, call 911.

"I Drink Too Much and I Need Help"

Now what? The first place to start is usually with the individual's own physician. They will refer to the appropriate group or treatment center covered within their health plan.

Intervention... Treatment Center... Physician... Counselor... Someone who is trained and authorized by the immediate family can set this up.
