Starting in January 2008, Rosemount UMC began providing a respite care program for families of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their siblings. The children will enjoy an evening of fun and games plus a meal while their parents can enjoy some time away for themselves. While there is no cost for the evening, pre-registration is required. If you are a family that could benefit from this ministry or if you would like to volunteer as a helper, please contact Gail Hoffmann, 952-322-5796 or Karen Klekner, 651-423-2475. All volunteers must take Risk Management if they haven't already done so.
