Operation Classroom

It only takes one simple gesture to change a child’s life forever!

It is time to make a difference!

Operation Classroom provides funds and supplies for classrooms in Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Chile, Haiti, and Liberia. Shipments that are collected at RUMC are sent out twice a year to children in need.

You have an opportunity to help children learn by bringing any of the supplies listed below to church.

• Spiral Notebooks (wide line)
• Typing Paper
• Pens
• Chalk
• Bibles (Good News Bibles)
• Elementary size new or nearly new (and clean) tennis shoes
• Vegetable Seeds
• Health Kit: Roll in towel and tie with string the following items
  o Wash Cloth
  o Large Bar Soap
  o Comb
  o Toothbrush
  o Large Tube Toothpaste
  o Children’s Vitamins
