Discovering Tomorrow Next Steps
- Congregational Survey – January 15- January 30th. This survey, which will be available both on-line and in a paper format, invites each person in the congregation to provide their feedback.
- John will be on-site several times from January-May working with the staff, conducting interviews, working with church leadership and observing/assessing our ministries.
- Congregational Meetings – John will present on three different occasions during the process to our entire congregation:
- Changing World – John will share changes in our world and culture and how they impact the church. This meeting will be offered two times in February: Wednesday February 22nd at 1:00 p.m. and Sunday February 26th at 6:00 p.m.
- Hey, That’s Our Church – in this presentation John will present the results of the congregational assessment.
- Next Steps – during this final presentation, John will provide his final insights and help us focus our ministry for the next 3-5 years
