Worship Schedule Changes

Something is Stirring! God is up to something here at Rosemount UMC! If you were in worship on May 6th, you heard about some changes coming in the worship schedule. You may have also received a brochure in the mail detailing those changes. While they will not come without challenges, we are excited about how these changes will move us forward in our mission to seek after God, serve God’s people and celebrate all that God is doing in and through us. Children’s Church School Registration Forms

It’s time to register your children ages 3 years – 4th Grade (going into grade) for Church School. Please print out the following registration forms and a medical form for each child that will be attending Church School next school year. We need to have your child’s information by June 24th to properly staff our classes with volunteer small group leaders.

Potluck Dinner May 20th

An All-Church Potluck!!

The Discovering Tomorrow process continues with our third and final all-church event, an All-Church Potluck on May 20 from 5:00pm -7:15pm in the narthex. This will be a time to eat a meal together and then share our ideas on how we as a congregation can enhance the ministries of Rosemount UMC. Discovering Team members, Elvi Frisbee and Jamey Hansen will be your hosts.

Everyone (young, mature, singles, families, new members, long time members, guest and friends) is invited and childcare will be provided. We want to be well prepared so we ask that you sign-up for this event. Please sign-up on the Discovering Tomorrow bulletin board in the narthex, call the church office during office hours (651-423-2475) or go to the church website (www.rosemountumc.org) and click the red button that says “Sign Up Online for Classes and Events.” The Team will provide rolls, dessert and beverages.

Calling all Musicians: Instrumentalists and Vocalists!

Musicians needed for summer worship services.

As our regular choirs and ensembles take a break over the summer months, we are looking for musicians who would like to share their musical gifts in worship during the summer months. If you are a vocalist or instrumentalist who would like to share your talents with our congregation by providing special music for one or more summer services, I would love to hear from you. If you need help choosing music or an accompanist I will assist you with arrangements. Please consider this short term commitment and contact Natalie Olsen at nolsen@rosemountumc.org or call (651) 423-2475 ext. #216.

Spring Garage Sale Starts on Wednesday, May 23rd

Now is the time for Spring Cleaning! As you clear out your closets and drawers for the warmer weather, don’t forget our Spring Garage Sale is coming May 23-24th.

Volunteer opportunities are posted in the Narthex. Please sign up for one or more time slots if you are able.

Donations may be dropped off Sunday, May 20th 4:00-7:00pm, Monday, May 21st 8:00am-7:00pm and Tuesday, May 22nd 8:00am – 12:00pm.
